We updated our loyalty program in June 2026. To access the new experience, you'll need to complete two steps in order:
Download the new Bowl Boss Rewards app from the App Store or Google Play.
Once installed, perform a password reset to activate your account in the new app.
Go to the Bowl Boss Rewards login page or open the app.
Click Forgot Password near the login fields.
Enter the email address associated with your account.
Check your inbox for a reset email and follow the instructions.
If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
You earn 10 berries for every $1 spent. Berries add up toward rewards you choose — plus you'll receive birthday rewards, freebies, and sneak peeks.
To check in, show your QR code from the app or give your registered phone number. No card registration required.
Yes! Just use the check-in code from the app or give your registered phone number at the time of purchase. Our team will make sure your order gets credited.
Berries can only be earned when ordering through our online ordering, which can be accessed at www.bowlbossacai.com, the official Bowl Boss Rewards app, or in person at one of our locations. Third-party delivery services are not included.
Purchasing a gift card doesn't earn berries, but the person who uses the gift card will earn rewards.
Our current loyalty provider doesn't offer receipt uploads yet, but it may be available in the future.
Log in to the Bowl Boss Rewards app or guest website.
Tap Rewards and choose what you want.
Exchange your berries — rewards are added to your account as coupons.
Online: add the item to your cart and apply the reward at checkout.
In store: select your reward before ordering, then scan your QR code or provide your email or phone number at checkout.
Rewards expire 30 days after you exchange berries to claim them. Rewards delivered by email may have different expiration windows — check the email for details.
